ORDERING 

When is the deadline to order?

Monday/Tuesday delivery is Monday at 10AM

Please Note: We do sell out on occasion, so it is best to get your order in as soon as possible to ensure delivery.

How does this all work?

1. Select singular meals each week, no subscription required. Go to our menu page, pick out which meals, desserts, and snacks you would like, and we take care of the rest!

2. Automate with a chefs choice subscription which recurs weekly, you can cancel at anytime. Subscriptions charge every Friday at 9PM. Friday at 9PM is the deadline to cancel for a follow weeks order.

How can I redeem my discount code?

Follow the steps in completing your order. Once you go to checkout, a screen will pop up showing you the price. There, you can input the discount code and apply it. There will be another opportunity to enter the discount code in the checkout process before you complete your order as well.

Can I make special requests on my order?

We currently only have the option to make your meal with extra protein. If you have dietary restrictions or allergies, place them in the comment box at checkout, but also feel free to text or email us if you think your restrictions might be complicated.

How do I increase my subscription amount?

Yay for more meals! In order to increase your subscription amount, you must login to your account, cancel your current subscription and re-subscribe with the new desired amount. If your subscription has already charged for the week and you would still like to move forward with a larger quantity, please email us immediately at customerservice@rosemarysfarmtofork.com OR text (707) 693-3200.

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes! You can push your order back when logging into your account, but you must make changes to your account BEFORE Friday at 9PM.

How do I cancel my subscription?

We are sad to see you go, but we understand things in life come up! In order to cancel, simply login to your account and you will see the option to cancel. Please note: You must make changes to your account BEFORE Friday at 9PM.

When do my meals come?

How does home delivery work?

Meals are packaged in an insulated bag (or box if you are not with in our local delivery radius) with ice-packs and you will receive text updates from our drivers informing you when they are on their way, and after they have dropped off your meals. 

Times vary depending on your area (see above).

If you have specific notes for delivery, please make sure to note those in the special request section of your order, or email us.

 

MEALS

How long do the meals stay good for?

We suggest eating the meals within three to four days of receiving them. They are made fresh each week based on the delivery day. We suggest enjoying your meals through Friday.

 

What all is in my meals?

Everyday meals: Our meals are 100% paleo, so they will be free of grains, gluten, soy, legumes, dairy, wheat, refined sugar, and garbage. Each individual meals consists of 5-6ounces of cooked protein, 1-2 servings well-sourced fat and a plant based side. 

What is the best way to reheat my meals?

Feel free to heat your meal in the microwave or oven (yes they are oven safe)! Remove the container lid and any items that are in smaller plastic containers (i.e., sauces, salsas, etc.) or vegetables, like leafy greens, that aren’t meant to be heated. Alternatively, if you have time, our favorite way to reheat meals is to pop the items into a skillet with a little coconut oil or olive oil and plate with the sauces.
